About this ebook
Lala Hardayal; the great revolutionary and the founder of the Ghadar Party ; was born on 14th October 1884 in a lower middle class Kayastha family . His father ; Gauridayal Mathur was a reader in the district court of Delhi. He had a good knowledge of Urdu and Persian. His mother ; Bhori was a simple housewife of religious nature . When Hardayal was four years old; he was admitted to the primary school of Cambridge Mission. He began taking interest in his studies. He had an extraordinary memory and stood first in each class .
