Monique Ceruti is the former Chief Information Officer and current Chief of Knowledge Management at the American Battle Monuments Commission, in Virginia, USA.Angel Williams is the Global Contract Manager at The Timken Company, in Ohio, USA. Denise Bedford, PhD, is faculty at Georgetown University, a Visiting Scholar at University of Coventry, and Distinguished Practitioner, U.S. Department of State.
