first off 90 percent of the human race would not gain anything from that workout why not enough recovery now add steriods 50 percent wil do good but as the body grows stronger more rest days have to be added mike would roll over in his grave if he saw that every time one goez to the gym hé or she will add 10 lbs to small lifts and get at least the same amount of reps or one or 2 more big lifts I ́use hadmy training client and 30 lbs to the hack squat and get 2 more reps one wor’out to the n'est this is the protéger way to train
