Michael Gerwien, geboren 1957 in Biberach an der Riß, aufgewachsen in Mittenwald, lebt seit 1972 in München-Untergiesing, dem Nachbarviertel von Thalkirchen, wo Max Raintaler wohnt. Er arbeitet als Autor und Musiker. Seine liebsten Hobbys sind Schwimmen, Radfahren, Bergwandern, Kochen, Essen, und bayerische Biergärten.
