About this ebook

Boy meets girl.

They make a quick deal.

Fake relationship,

And they...don't fall in love.

Wait! What?

The new tight end for the New York Sharks, Brent Crawford, is one of the sexiest men alive. But he needs an image makeover. With allegations of assault, his sponsors are threatening to drop him. He needs a miracle. He needs Gwen McDougall.

Former fashion model and national heroic sweetheart, Gwen immerses herself into photography, wanting to be on the other side of the lens for a change. She wants more from her photography jobs than premeditated shots of B-list celebutantes, and now is her chance. Gwen just has to agree to help Brent shine up his tarnished reputation. Easy Peasy. After all, he's Brent Crawford. It's picture perfect.

But, Brent's not the Crawford brother she wants. Suddenly picture perfect is rather imperfect.

Not your typical fake relationship romance! Can be read as a stand alone novel and has a guaranteed HEA!

Picture Imperfect put a fun twist to the normal fake relationship trope. I really enjoyed all of the characters and how their stories played out (I can’t wait for Brent’s book!) I think my favorite part was how Gwen was able to see past Marc’s scars and appreciate him for homemaker and all he does for the people around him. Book characters are typically flawless specimens so it was refreshing to have a character with physical flaws. This book can definitely be read as a stand-alone but we do get to see the characters from the previous books in the series. I really enjoyed getting to see them again as I’ve thoroughly enjoyed each book in this series. I would definitely recommend this book to anyone looking for a light refreshing read. The characters are relatable and enjoyable. I look forward to the next installment in this series!

I absolutely loved this book! The characters were fun and realistic. The story progressed in a believable way -- not always easy with romance! This story had my attention from start to finish. I love how the story addresses how people often look at themselves and judge their own looks or character too harshly. But it also shows the importance of family good friends, and learning to see yourself the way other people do. Complements are heartfelt gifts, whether we believe in them or not. This wasn't just another romance novel; it has real meaning. This is the first Mary Frame book I've read, and I look forward to reading more!

Damn, I wrote a long review and copied it (to be safe) but instead overwrote the whole thing with the letter C! So this is another winner from Mary Frame featuring Gwen, the sister of Gemma from Practically Imperfect. Gwen was a model but is now trying to make a living as a photographer. She got a big break when one of her photos appeared in a huge advertisement in Times Square, but then a nasty gossip magazine article accused her of having a meltdown and behaving erratically so the good work dried up until a chance picture at a restaurant lands her some good publicity and a chance to help out at a magazine shoot for New York's 20 sexiest people. Brent Crawford is the new tight end for the New York Sharks, he's young, rich, handsome and a nice person to boot. He and his older brother Marc turn up to the photoshoot and Brent is practically the only celebrity who appears to be genuinely pleasant. When Brent is falsely accused of assault his agent suggests he needs a wholesome girlfriend to refute the allegations, step forward Gwen. So far, nothing different right? The trouble is Gwen doesn't find Brent half as appealing as his serious older brother. Hell-o love triangle. This has all the hallmarks of a classic Mary Frame novel. It's quirky, clever, funny, it features strong female characters and endearing male characters. Loved it, loved it, loved it. Mary Frame is an auto-buy for me and has never disappointed.

Mary Frame is a full time mother and wife with a full time job. She has no idea how she manages to write novels, but it probably helps being a dedicated introvert. She doesn't enjoy writing about herself in third person, but she does enjoy reading, writing, dancing, and damaging the ear drums of her co-workers when she randomly decides to sing to them.

She lives in Reno, Nevada with her husband, two children, and a border collie named Stella.

She LOVES hearing from readers and will not only respond but likely begin stalking them while tossing out hearts and flowers and rainbows! If that doesn't creep you out, e-mail her at: [email protected]
