The story is great. Unfortunately, the publisher won't release this book to Google's "Family Library" feature. There are thousands of other great books that the publishers allow in Family Library. If they make this available to family library, the star rating is 4 or 5 stars.

I loved the series!! Altgough there are lots of inconsistencies in the world and it's black and white, it does give off an oldschool dnd feeling which together with the really incredible atorytelling makes it impossible to put down. I can't really pinpoint what I loved about the series but compared to other much more believable worlds and characters it still manages to win me with ease...

Dragonlance novels never fail to grab the interest and keep me coming back for more. Excellent character development and story line. Hard to put down. These books have made me late for work more times than I can count.

About the author
Margaret Weis and Tracy Hickman published their first novel in the Dragonlance Chronicles, Dragons of Autumn Twilight, in 1984. Over twenty years later, they are going strong as partners—with over thirty novels as collaborators—and have published over a hundred books, including novels, collections of short stories, role-playing games, and other game products alone or with other co-authors. Hickman is also the inspiration for the "Tracy Hickman Presents" line of Dragonlance novels for Wizards of the Coast. Weis is the President of Sovereign Press, which publishes Dragonlance game material as well as many other game products.
