No fault with this book! 4 stars No fault with this book, because it was another great romantic suspense book filled with emotions by this author! Lucifer was a “sensitive yet deadly warrior,” and I can’t wait to find out why his nickname is Lucifer. I loved that Ana was a smart, strong “deadly angel.” After the events in their past and with the mistakes they both made, which were heartbreaking to me, can they find a way back to each other? All I know is that I am rooting for them, and “with nothing is as it seems” I can’t wait to read book two in this trilogy! I requested and received an advanced copy of this ebook for my honest review that I am voluntarily leaving.

This series was a big waste of money. I regret starting it. I didn't realize it was a trilogy when I started. I wanted to see "who did it." Very disappointing 😞! I won't be paying for any more of her books. 😕 Repetitive, redundant, and unnecessary words just to add to a word count IMO. SMH

I thought that this was a very intriguing read and a solid way to kick-off this trilogy. This is Lucifer and Ana's story and these two share a complicated history. I liked the combination of intensity, raw emotions, drama, suspense, danger, turmoil and action that fueled this book. I felt there was a lot of potential in this couple's chemistry and the sparks they generated. I look forward to book two. This is my elective, forthright review.
