About this ebook

A steamy and flirty standalone romantic comedy about stepping out of your comfort zone and falling in love along the way.

A backpack? Ready. A packed itinerary for Latin America? Planned. A hot sailor who wants to show me the world? Unexpected.

I arrived in Panama with a limited budget for maximum exploration. I’ve only got a few months between my parents’ home in Sydney and the corporate world, so I better make the best of it.

What I didn't plan on was meeting Eivind. He’s got broad shoulders, top-tier flirting, and a sexy accent that pulls me in. But giving into him could jeopardize my whole trip.

Ukulele ballads, long walks in the jungle, and sharing the space of a small sailboat together means the tension will be off the charts by the time we make it to the Pacific Ocean.

Eivind and his boat are sailing west, while I’m traveling south. I came here for an adventure, but now I might have an even bigger one. One hot night in Panama might change everything.

I enjoyed reading this story and it made me think of a few issues: how leaders may change the way people act, how friendship and love evolve in contained spaces, and taking risks and chances in life. The Fling in Panama is an easy and fun read that made me want to read the remaining books in the series. I thank the author for the free copy of this book.

Lila is hoping to find adventure, taking some time off to travel after graduation and see a bit of the world out there. Her plan is to sail with a crew across the Panama Canal. Then she can backpack a little in South America. The crew she meets is easy to get along with, she learns a lot, and she is very attracted to the First Mate, Eivind. They allow her to stay with them on the next part of their trip where she gets to spend 25 days together. When Eivind and Lila take things further, will their relationship change her plans for moving on? Or will this just be a beautiful memory of having the best adventure of her life?

The first book in the Love and Wanderlust series a well written story that had me remembering my cruise on the Panama Canal. The writer brings Lila and Eivind to life as you watch the interaction with each other and the rest of the crew. The ending gives you a peak into whose story is next. This is a new Author to me. I want to read the next book. I received a copy of this book and am voluntarily leaving a review.
