Excellent. Very practical. Immediately one would feel anxiety and depression going away. Plenty of information, to understand Anxiety and Depression. There are various types of them which are covered in this book. Though my anxiety and depression reduced minutely after reading this book, I am confident that if I keep working on it on a daily basis, it will permanently go away. Atleast 90 percent. I will have to read the book again to solidify my understanding and create a good foundation to battle anxiety and depression. I would certainly recommend this to everyone who are having a hard time in combating Anxiety, depression or Panic attacks. I found this book very useful and valuable.
