Overall, this is the single most helpful book that a person could read. Being an advent fitness lover, I truly learned a lot of new things that really helped me. Despite this book being full of scientific knowledge and facts, it is in no way boring. Everything is written to be easily understandable for readers of all backgrounds . This book would make an excellent gift for anyone you know who needs the extra push or assistance in starting a healthy lifestyle. Or you could read the book for yourself: all the knowledge to live a healthy lifestyle would be at your fingertips. You could finally achieve that summer body, learn a few new facts about nutrition, or hold a successful debate with your crazy uncle who has erroneous fitness ideas. Or you could just read this book and increase your IQ by twenty points just for fun. But no matter what you do with this book, just remember one thing: everyone looks better with abs ;)
