About the author

Jill Thomas is a naturopath, herbalist and iridologist and runs Albert Park Naturopathic Centre, a busy practice in Dundas Place, Albert Park, Melbourne. She has lectured at the Melbourne College of Natural Medicine (MCNM) for five years and spent a year as the resident naturopath at a Melbourne radio station. She has won numerous awards for clinical excellence in nutrition and herbal medicine, and graduated as dux of her year at the MCNM.
