Nel testo qui presentato Nancy è mosso dal difficile tentativo di mettere in versi la complessità che sta alla base della nozione di pane. Tanto da farne, nell’inversione dal “Padre Nostro” al pane nostro quotidiano, una declaratio terminorum, ove il pane non sarebbe tanto il sostituto di un’altra divinità, ma un escamotage, per portare a datità tra le pieghe del testo la distinzione che corre tra bucca e os, e dunque andare al di là delle tematizzazioni che si sono avvicendate nella storia del pensiero. E ancora per lasciare spazio allo stupore filosofico che fa leva sulla messa in opera di quel peso di un pensiero che ininterrottamente misura il quotidiano, dischiudendo tra evocazioni, “tocchi”, “abbozzi” ciò che affiora nel suo stesso approssimarsi.
