Rating - 5 I want to learn martial arts, not how to avoid conflict. I wanted an illustration of stances, body movements, the sport martial arts , and a few chapters in you are still rumbling on about runaway, laws, neighbourhoods, hide e.t.c I ask you how to fight and for a few chapters you are telling me about running away, escaping, gun laws. If I wanted to know how to avoid conflicts, that's what I would have searched. I merely want to learn and practice martial arts and not get stories, tales and opinions. The entire reason I am looking for martial arts techniques, is to allow me to practice how to stand, how to kick, how to move, the aim is to train my body and not digest unnecessary information under the Lie of the ultimate beginner guide to martial arts. The fact that I want to study martial arts means, I want to train my body to be able to do certain movements, allowing personal growth and discipline, I don't want to pick a fight with people. 4 chapters in still rumbling.

This book is sweet, funny and sexy. He is a protector of everyone he cares about. He owns a Fight gym with his other brothers. Kit is strong but a lot of situations in her life depleted her, death, custody of a brother that is 15 with a bad attitude, family, money. I love strong men and woman that are strong but somewhat vulnerable. It is a fantastic read that will get you hooked

This book cuts right to the chase and shows you the elbow strikes out of the prison fighting system "52 blocks." This system as presented by the author is no joke and will do real damage. The author borrowed some techniques from Asian martial arts and I don't believe that's authentic to the art. The techniques will probably work and I' m not faulting the author because that's his training background, it's just probably not original. This minor beef aside, Elbow Boxing is fun to practice and not that hard to learn. It's well worth the price of the book.
