About this ebook

What starts out as a normal journey home for city worker Maaya takes a turn when she encounters Niko, a young girl accompanied by a mysterious male claiming to be her uncle. Shortly after boarding a train, Niko begins crying, stating that she 'misses her Mum', prompting Maaya to comfort her. But is this simply a case of a child feeling detached from the woman she loves most, or is there something more sinister at play?

…okay, that threw me for a loop—I'll say that much. Anyways, the art is nice (if spotty at a few points). Some of the dialogue is too wordy, but it's a short manga anyway. It tells what it needs to without overstaying its welcome. It's good!
