Aerospace engineer Linda Winthrop loves her post-divorce life. A multifaceted novel that resonated with me, as it had echoes of my own complicated family and the difficulties experienced with aging and awkward relatives. I found the relationship between Linda and Dan entertaining, and not as unusual as one might expect, despite it flying in the face of convention. As with real life, difficult situations worked themselves out but also reflected the growing process people have to go through to reach maturity.
