Dr Robert Guang Tian is Director of the Institute of Business Anthropology and Professor of Marketing at the Business School of Shantou University, China. He received a doctoral degree in Social Anthropology from York University, Canada, in 1996, and an MBA degree from Wilfrid Laurier University, Canada, in 1999. Dr Tian has received numerous research grants and published many papers and books. He is well-known among academics and scholars around the world, in the field of business anthropology.
