This is miles different from his previous works. The characters were not wholesome, they were rather more mature. I liked it but it was strange reading some words out of this book and thinking what the other books would have been like had they been written like this one. The story was interesting, though it took me a while to get into it. However, at times I was still having a hard time trying to finish this book. Nurse Ratched was the best but some of the other characters were not for me.
