CSS3 Foundations is clearly written and the author takes a light and friendly approach to learning with a little bit of humour throughout. Despite being foundation level, the amount CSS3 Foundations covers is impressive, and I imagine for anyone with little to no experience of CSS, would be a great starter to get you up to date with the latest techniques and methods in use today.
