Kathrin Hanke studierte in Lüneburg Kulturwissenschaften, bevor Sie als Werbetexterin ihre Brötchen verdiente. Heute lebt sie als freie Autorin mit ihrer Familie in Hamburg. Claudia Kröger ist gelernte Verlagskauffrau und heute als freiberufliche Redakteurin und Texterin tätig. Sie wohnt mit ihrem Mann in der Nähe von Lüneburg.
