Unexpected Second Chance For Love is book 8 in the Wildwood Falls Series by Heather Scarlett and I really enjoyed it. It's a time of second chances and new beginnings for Austin and Payton. Austin has finally retuned home after a traumatic loss and Payton is determined to live life on her own. Austin reluctantly agrees to rent an apartment to his ex best friend's little sister in exchange for her help getting his new equine therapy program started. Austin and Gtiffin haven't spoken in years

The author has given us a heart wrenching story that pulls us into the lives of Payton, Austin and her brother/his ex-best friend, Griffin.
