However, in the beginning, God saw the darkness, and he simply spoke the desired result into existence. Since we are made in his image, rather than confessing the problem (darkness), we are to confess the solution (the Word) thereby transforming darkness to light. For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation (Romans 10:10). Believing and confessing are important parts of our Christian walk. What becomes manifested in our lives depends on our faith and confession. When our lips contradicts the Word of God, then we prevent his work in and through us. But if we get our hearts and lips in line with his Word, he can manifest his grace in us and flow through us. Godfessions 3 is the third in the series of four compilations of inspired prayers and confessions of Gods word. The Bible makes us understand that as a man thinketh in his heart so is he.
