Abhay Sarkaria is a renowned Indian poet. His poetry is notable for its poetic structures and musicality, most evident in ‘Crossing The Seven Seas’, ‘Rose In Her Shawl’, 'Summer Nights' and ‘Dust Of Stars’. Most of his poems were written in unique rhythmic forms that do not follow any recognized rhyming structure. His images appear carefully ordered in a patterned sequence, and his poems include themes of love, war, travel, wilderness, and loss.
