About 50 years ago I read a book by Winkie Pratney, called Youth Aflame, which had a large impact on my life as a young Christian. Fast forward to the present time, and this book appears, which I both bought and have read. Albeit I'm in my 70s, and having real this book, I can say it has had a huge impact on my life. The chapters are short, but one cannot call them "sound bites," as they contain information that can only be describe as deep. It had taken me nearly a year to read this book, and the reason is that it caused me to do some real deep and serious thinking. Finally, this book is not for the faint of heart, as it will challenge one to the core.

I'm not done reading this book, but so far it's so enlightening and packed with deep insights on the Kingdom of God.
