Just when the story started getting good,"the end". This book is part 1 of a 2, or maybe even 3 parter. Disappointed. It could have been 5 stars, but being teased puts me off of read the sequel because it could end the same way.

Bear has a unique style to her writing. She has the knack to paint a vivid scene from the very beginning of the book to the very last page. I enjoyed this book immensely
