Norzimah Ismail had her early education at the Sultan Ibrahim Girls’ School, Johor Bahru and thence her secondary education at the Convent of The Holy Infant Jesus, Johor Bahru. Trained as an English and Modern Mathematics teacher in the Regional Teachers’ Training Centre, Norzimah has also Certificates in Teaching English as a foreign language and Teaching English as a second language and A Post Certificate in Guidance and Counselling. She retired as a School Principal of Sri Utama International School Johor Bahru.
