You may be a nurse, an educator or an athlete. All of us need to hear someone say to us: “I think that you can be successful at that job, or that idea is a good one. I think it will work for you; give it a good effort and see what happens.” The cost of encouraging someone is nothing, but the impact can last a lifetime.
