About this ebook

The normally quiet town of Harbor Cove is rocked one evening when an unidentified man is found dead inside the men’s room of an upscale local restaurant. He has no local ties and lying next to his body oddly enough, was a bag full of money.

As word spreads of what seems to be murder lacking an obvious motive, this sparks the interest of freelance reporter Skyler Avery. Working as a reporter and writing for the local paper, Skyler is ready to delve deep into the most recent "event." She enlists the help of a lawyer at a local firm, Nichole Chambers.

Skyler and Nichole work feverishly and eventually narrow their list down to three main suspects. Just when they thought they found the killer, everything changes. Were their instincts right or does the chilling answer lie with someone else?

Not bad however I didn't put a 5 star because I wanted more dramatic funny conflicts, little defensive action, a little risks on the main characters. The good things I like about this book its a short read and doesn't have a lot of cussing; this is good for students for high school or even middle school students. Also they added CLUE a dog as a important character. I recommend this book to anyone.

t This has got to be one of the worst books I've ever read. It's like an elementary school child wrote the book. Did not make sense was not very interesting and I could figure out who it was from the beginning. She should have had someone read the book before she published it. I hope you get better Emily page. I won't be reading anymore from you, not even if it's free.

Found the story confusing at times. Often jumped from one scene/character to another too quickly. I think there could have been more to the climax when the killer was revealed but a cute story nonetheless. By the way, thank you Dottie Megee for posting who the killer was. I read your review just before I got to that part of the story and you really ruined the book for me. As a reader why would you such a thing?!!!
