You know you're in serious book love when you make the person taking you to the store wait until you finish the last chapter. Yep, Missing Witness At Whiskey Gulch is that good. Elle James has delivered another phenomenal read and warning, it's hard to put down. Becker meets Olivia when he first gets to town when he stops at her shop to buy a gift for his mother. Olivia is impressed with Becker and says yes. The date didn't happen, but something did. Olivia and Becker's story is packed wit

Becker Jackson is a retired Delta Force with PTSD now working for the Outriders. He stops in a shop to buy a gift, meets Olivia Swann, & by the time he leaves she’s agreed to dinner with him. Later Beck gets a call from Olivia for help & the mystery begins. I assure you that my synopsis does NOT do justice to the beginning of the amazing book Elle James has written. Her book has emotion, mystery, action, humor & all you need to keep turning pages to finish & put it into the “Read Me Again” pile!

I received a complimentary copy of this book and I am voluntarily reviewing it. While this is a part of a series and the prior characters (especially the men) make multiple appearances, you don’t have to read the prior ones to fully understand and enjoy this story. I would highly recommend them though as they are some really great stories! This was written in a dual POV format. I prefer that as I can better understand and relate to the character then. Becker (Beck) has just left the Delta
About the author
Raised an Air Force brat, Elle James got her work ethic from her dad, creativity from mom and inspiration from her sister. As a member of the reserves, she's traveled, managed a career, and raised three children. She and her husband even raised ostriches and emus.
