About the author
Elizabeth Haran wurde in Simbabwe/Afrika geboren, als das Land noch Südrhodesien hieß. In den 1960er-Jahren zog ihre Familie erst nach England, später nach Australien. Für ihre Recherchen besucht sie stets die Orte, die als Kulisse für ihren nächsten Roman dienen. Sie lebt mit ihrer Familie und vielen Tieren an der Küste Südaustraliens. Nach dem Schreiben ist Kochen ihre zweite Leidenschaft.
