The general idea is Ok, but many points are just overstated. I've tried the majority of the proposed techniques, before. '10/90 rule', really?! Planning exactly order, what has to be done first, what has to be done second, and so forth? You are going to get frustrated and waste a tremendous amount of time on planning and replanning
