When we talk we say very little because it's our body that does the real talking! We express so much more subconsciously through our physical behavior, body posture, gestures, eye movement, facial expressions, touch and the use of space. So why not learn how to use this to your advantage? Or just take time to read about because it is very interesting.

This book has the ability to totally change your life. You will learn what body language signs you should look for when you want to know whether the person who is talking to you is telling the truth or is trying to con you. It will always give you that edge so you can adjust your game plan to steer things in the direction YOU want!

Just got to the first bit of advice. It was on confidence. It said to hold your chin high. While it's right that a low chin is a sign of insecurity, a high chin is a sign of pride an an invitation to challenge. The middle is where you want to be. Don't compensate by moving into "chin high" territory, just avoid the "chin low" territory. I know it's a free book, but I can't even rate it a 3, because it's teaching people incorrectly. Don't read unless you already have a decent amount of knowledge about body language so you can filter out the bad advice.

It's boring and doesn't get straight to the point, it goes on and on about one topic. It's just over explaining the whole thing. Not to mention I only read through half of chapter two and I found three grammatical errors.

You know this book would be nicer if they didn't have to drag getting to the point... I was trying to be patient but I got tired of being hanged over and over again.
