Dr. Naithani has completed her under graduation MBBS (2006) from Subharti Medical College and Hospital, Meerut and post-graduation- MD (2014) from Ramaiah Medical College, Bangalore.

She has also been a part of research projects and published papers to her name as well. In her current capacity, she handles the Microbiology and Infectious Disease Serology laboratory and works along with the HIC Committee of the hospital.
