It didn't explain why Kundalini Awakening is the best form of Awakening and there was an unrealistic ad about chackra frequencies that came from the link in the book. Other than that, the book was great.

It's like many other books, The content was only a preview, you need to have mentoring etc with the author. The content was so vague, The technique was so common. Let say breathing technique and visualization, there is no how much you need to inhale exhale before you need to halt your breathing for what time, etc. Its only something vague that you need to train for years etc.
