La “Divina Comedia” es un poema épico escrito por Dante Alighieri, del que se desconoce la fecha exacta de realización, y se cree que se escribió en el primer cuarto del siglo XIV. Dividida en tres partes, la “Divina Comedia” es una obra extensa, compleja y extraña, llena de momentos sublimes e inolvidables. Un grandioso canto en el que el autor quiso aunar poesía y conocimiento. Dante traslada al lector a los Reinos de Ultratumba del Infierno, pasando por el Purgatorio, a los parajes más resplandecientes e inmateriales del Paraíso.

His classic masterpiece, The Divine Comedy, is widely considered to be the greatest literary work ever composed in Italian, and his writing has inspired a wide range of artists including sculptor Auguste Rodin, composer Franz Liszt, and numerous authors, such as Geoffrey Chaucer, John Milton, and T.S. Eliot.
