An avid fruit and vegetable gardener, she's taught gardening classes and founded a Facebook group for local gardeners with thousands of members.
Since 1998, Carollyne has run an all-volunteer charity for the poor in western Ukraine where they've provided food, shelter, clothing, and medical needs; built wells and installed running water.
