I love this cookbook by Donna Fasano! It is filled with a varied selection of appetizers, soups and salads, main dishes, vegetables and sides, desserts, beverages and breads. She also gives us bonus information on how to make bean sprouts grow. I love the fact that the cookbook has different types of foods that should satisfy many palates. She also gave us ideas on substitutions when and where needed. I've found quite a few recipes that I'm looking forward to trying. I was given an ARC from the author/publisher. All conclusions are mine and mine alone.
