Having read the Mortal Instruments series first, I was truly able to appreciate this series. The depth of each character allows one to fully embrace each character. Each emotional journey is powerfully felt. Ms. Clare, thank you for bringing back my joy of reading! For the first time in years, I cried over the characters as if they were old departed friends. Beautifully written. Thank you.

Great series! I have read all of the shadowhunter books & love them all. I just finished lady midnight. i would love a series about James and Lucie- will and Tessa's children.

Absolutely love it!!! I wish I had read these before Mortal instruments but even while waiting for "Heavenly Fire" I loved these books! Cassandra Clare is one awesome writer!! I would love to meet her!
