Carl Reiner (1922-2020) was an actor, screenwriter, and director, whose career spanned seven decades. Best known as the creator and producer of The Dick Van Dyke Show, Reiner received 11 Emmys, was inducted into the Television Hall of Fame, and received the Mark Twain Prize for American humor by the Kennedy Center. Mr. Reiner also wrote several books including Continue Laughing, Just Desserts, My Anecdotal Life, and How Paul Robeson Saved My Life, as well as the children's books Tell Me a Silly Story and Tell Me Another Scary Story.
