The SEAL Survival Guide: Active Shooter and Survival Medicine Excerpt is a great resource for anyone interested in learning about self-defense and survival medicine. The book is full of practical tips and advice, and it's easy to understand. I highly recommend it to anyone who wants to be prepared for any situation.

This book appears to be a "Survival, under fire ,trauma rescue professional handbook" This is a good book but leaves a vacuum with little or no mention for actions, reactions regarding NBC and Bushcrafting with medicinal wild plants. What about shelter from the elements (weather). It would be nice if there was more information about trapps (How to do) Air, shelter, water, and food. Necessary more or less in this order is only briefly mentioned. A very good book for combat and terrorist situation survival training. I would have liked to have read more of preparation for survival from major catastrophes both from nature and also man made like earthquakes, tornadoes, volcano eruptions, extreme and unexpected sub-zero temperatures, EMP, NBC, shelter and survival from nuclear fallout weather from weapons or power plant meltdowns. A very good book but a little incomplete for some things. It does mention awareness and action in many situations, be aware, think, act and flee danger as quickly as possible.

Not a lot of useful information here. There are much better books that go into great detail unlike this particular book. I found this book to be (Very Lacking of any *indepth information* on covered subjects. Example : "Plans of Action." Therefore it was extremely disappointing.) 👎👎👎👎👎
