He shows us a gradual way , not a way of compromise, but a way of steady and sure advancement toward the ultimate goal of illumination. In these lectures he tells us how to go about it and why it is the only natural and rational thing for human beings to do.

O autorze
Swami Ashokananda (1893 - 1969) was a disciple of Swami Vivekananda and a monk of the Ramakrishna Order of monks. He served as the editor of Prabduddha Bharata Magazine from 1926 to 1930 and was the Minister-in-charge of the Vedanta Society of Northern California, San Francisco from 1932 until his passing away in 1969.
