I only read the free sample but it starts by telling you how to calculate calorific requirements followed by methods of determining the macro-nutrient breakdown. Accordingly I need 2,924 calories per day with 2,814 coming from carbs and 590 coming from protein. Unfortunately the free sample doesn't include the section on fat but I would be intrigued to know how I consume -53g of fat.
