I had been waiting through the first two books for Shane and Silver to finally get their story, and I wasn't disappointed. This story had me in tears and on the edge of my seat at times. There certainly wasn't anything simple about Shane and Silver's relationship, especially when Silver's secret past comes in to play. Their passion certainly had me cheering for a happy ending. I really like how all of the stories have shown the drama, good and bad, that small town Marietta faced, and the friendships and small-town camaraderie that we've come to expect from Marietta. All of the characters were wonderful.

I have read the whole series and loved the characters in it. I was surprised to see the liberated women in these books nice to read, some love stories are so sappy that you truly do not want to read them! and I have been known to walk away from somelike that that are just sappy with no really intriguing story line Thank you!! Michell for a job well done I will go now and look for more books in series that you have available.

A Sheriff's Passion by Michelle Beattie, a great story in A Frontier Montana series. Enjoyed the characters and storyline in this book. Looking forward to reading more in the series and by Michelle Beattie.
