I love this book and was excited about listening to it but the narrator/author slows down and speeds up and stops unnecessarily within the sentences. it is really a shame, the books content is great and rewarding to read but I coildnt listen to the content without being irritated by the narrator.

Brilliant book, everyone should read/listen to this. I love Dr Gregers way of explaining things to make them easily understandable for people who don't have much previous knowledge in the field of health and nutrition.
