About the author
Gary W. Carter is the chief professional services officer at PDRI. He has over thirty years of experience designing and successfully implementing results-driven talent management solutions.
Teri Schnaubelt is a Chicago-based stage, on-camera, and voice actor as well as oil painter and photographer. She has voiced over 100 books for New York Times and USA Today bestselling authors, in addition to helping independent authors get their stories heard.
Jerry W. Hedge is senior program director of workforce and organizational effectiveness at RTI International. He has more than thirty years of experience in organizational research, working with public and private sector clients to improve workforce productivity.
Gary Tiedemann is a Florida and New York-based narrator, but learned how to act in Chicago's improv, sketch-comedy, and theater scene. He came to audiobook narration after voicing countless commercials and videos over a twenty-year voice-over career.
