The S&S program was highly effective for me. It helped me develop full body strength and it did so fast. When it comes to kettlebell training, the swing and get-up are arguably the most beneficial movements you can do and author does his usual great job explaining just about everything you need to know about them and how to program them to keep those gains coming.

I have read a fair amount of fitness guides and this is probably one of my favourites. Great reference to have on hand, and for only a dollar it is great bang for your buck for acquiring fitness knowledge. This is a quick read, but by the end of it you feel so much more knowledgeable and ready to jump into a kettlebell workout.

After reaching the Simple goal after a few months on the 1st of januari this year, now on my way with a 40 kg kettlebell! This program delivers and i am able to overcome a lot of stressy situations, just by being stronger! Brutal and effective, the beauty is in its simplicity. Reaching the goals takes commitment.
