Before this, I read another book which was helpful, but I somehow struggled to stay engaged. However, this book captivated me from the start. I felt a strong resonance and connection with the material. Inspired by its suggestions, I’ve decided to start implementing the strategies it recommends.

This book should be required reading for new therapist & managers... It really straight forward and gives great examples...I did not know much about gaslight but this book provides clear and concise info of what to look for in various parts of our lives..The recommendation for healing and therapy is important for anyone transitioning out this toxic relationship.
