About the author
Eve Darian-Smith is professor and chair of the Department of Global and International Studies at the University of California, Irvine. Her books include The Global Turn: Theories, Research Designs, and Methods for Global Studies (coauthored with Philip McCarty).
Brigid Lohrey is an experienced actress and audiobook narrator with over sixteen years' experience. A 2020 recipient of the MLC Outstanding Achievement Award for narration, Brigid has recorded titles in a variety of genres, including romance, mystery/thriller, nonfiction, and biography.
