About this audiobook

What are the real benefits of intermittent fasting?

The answer might surprise you, as it extends far beyond the biological aspects of allowing your intestines to reboot. There is a psychological factor that helps people lose weight faster too. Another aspect is clean eating, which is a concept that helps people boost their nutrition and become healthier in general.

Moreover, everyone is different and will, for this reason, experience the effects of intermittent fasting differently.

If you’re curious about these effects and other variables that make intermittent fasting such a promising method, then I encourage you to take a look at this book now.

It's so great that my puppy gave it 5 stars too. It may have had a couple of errors, but they really did not take away anything from the remarkable information that this book contains. You can learn a whole lot. I know I did. I almost failed to see this book, but I am glad that I checked it out anyway. It makes a lot of sense what the author says, particularly in the last couple of chapters, where the matter becomes a conclusion.
