I am Anda, and the lake is my mother. I am the November storms that terrify sailors and sink ships. With their deaths, I keep my little island on Lake Superior alive. Lydia Kang is a practicing physician and an author of young adult fiction, poetry, and narrative nonfiction. Her poetry and nonfiction have been published in JAMA, the Annals of Internal Medicine, Canadian Medical Association Journal, Journal of General Internal Medicine, and Great Weather for Media.

Piper Goodeve began narrating in 2011 and has since given voice to over 100 titles. As a stage actress, she has appeared Off-Broadway as well as at theaters across the country, such as the McCarter, the Weston Playhouse, and Syracuse Stage. Piper splits her time between Brooklyn and Vermont.

Cody Roberts is a classically trained performer who received his BFA from Southern Oregon University. On stage, Cody has performed everything from Shakespeare to contemporary works. He brings to his recordings a truly engaging voice, with an obvious love and passion for the art of storytelling.
