Kate Morton grew up in the mountains of south-east Queensland and now lives in London. Caroline Lee is a gifted actor and narrator who has worked extensively in theatre, film and television. On stage, she has performed for various theatre companies including the Melbourne Theatre Company and recently appeared in The Newsreader on the ABC.
